If frozen, thaw the sausages first.
Prepare a medium depth stainless steel tray with some garlic oil on the bottom.
Place the sausages on a single layer (use more trays if needed). Add some garlic oil on top as well.
5 minutes in the oven at 350°C, uncovered.
Flip the sausages. Cook for another 5 minutes.
They should look brown as in the photo:

Remove from the oven and allow to cool. You should do this in the blast chiller.
Once they have cooled down, slice them thin.
Place in vacuum bags, vacuum, and label.
